Integrating energy healing, ayurvedic wisdom, and traditional therapeutic approaches to fit your individual needs.
Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century. It's based on the idea that we all have an unseen “life force energy” that flows through our bodies. A Reiki practitioner gently moves their hands just above or on the client’s clothed body, with the intention of reducing stress and promoting healing by encouraging a healthy flow of energy.

Professional experience and approach to practice
Stacy is a clinical social worker, parent, and cancer survivor who has specialized in supporting individuals and families through a variety of therapeutic approaches for many years. Sparked, in part, by her own healing journey, Stacy’s approach has evolved from traditional trauma-based techniques to include reiki and other holistic healing practices.
Stacy sees Reiki as a gentle way to tap into your inner wisdom, unlocking one’s own innate capacity for healing. It is non-invasive and only requires a willingness to rest and receive. Stacy looks forward to joining with you to restore peace and self-compassion.
